Adopted Local Development Plan (LDP)

Following production of the 2016 Annual Monitoring Report we will be recommending a review of the Local Development Plan. A Review Report will be presented to Full Council at the end of May 2017.

A Delivery Agreement, which contains a full timetable, will then be produced and subject to six weeks public consultation.

On 24th October 2013 the Council voted to adopt the Conwy Local Development Plan (LDP).

The adopted LDP will form the development plan for Conwy (excluding the area of Snowdonia National Park) and will form the basis for decisions on land use planning in this area.

The Conwy LDP is made up of a written statement and a proposals map.

You can follow the whole LDP process through to adoption here.
